need help with trunk latch - X TUH BOARD - 06-27-2013 When I press the trunk release in my 07 sedan it sounds like a machine gun going off. it open but takes a few attempts to close.. If I disconnect the power the key works fine. This is my wife car and she didn't like the key only solution i gave her.. Is there a cheap fix or do I have to go to the dealer for a new latch? RE: need help with trunk latch - ZTWsquared - 06-27-2013 Hard to close trunk = common problem - sounds like the latch needs adjusting.
