Wanted 6 CD cartridge

Searching for Ford 6-CD changer cartridge (part number F8VF-18C833-AE). Have one, would like spare. Price must be reasonable (cheap preferred.) Alternative, willing to swap one 3F1T-18C833-AA cartridge (does not fit my changer) which is worth a little more than the F8VF-18C833-AE cartridge (photo below).

I do have a parts radio from the blue svt I took apart . Radio was trashed but the cartridge may be still good .
