The design of it reminds me of this hot wheels movie I used to have as a kid.
Or you could buy an Atom for 48k USD put a turbo in place of the S/C on the Honda engine and make 500 hp. Might not handle quite as good but you'd be able to afford your precious coffee on the way to work.
I wonder how long it's going to take for the boys at Top Gear to strap Stig into that and make him do a timed lap.
