the fact he only had it for a month and he is selling this sounds a bit fishy. Also he mentioned its leaking oil, maybe its too much and it wont pass the emission test, that is why he is selling it.

by the sounds of the ad, he sounds like a very upfront person and isn't trying to hide anything or rip you off
and he's from quebec where they don't have emission tests yet .. he stated that in his ad, but the main seal should effect the emmisions part of the test .. just the visual inspection
