Bumping for the Dixie Ford show on the 13th, weather looks to be good and remember, people who attend the show will get the first look at my car and its latest additions.

Dixie was decent, didn't win any prizes

but went to the Summit Ford show this past weekend and ended up with this:



Second in my class (Late model FWD :rolleyes: ) tied with a Taurus SHO

First was a Taurus SHO with a supercharger :ph34r:

The SHO guys were fun (I'd never seen two SHO's in one place before, never mind the three that showed up, a 93, 94 and a 95)

Seeing that one SHO with the supercharger makes me even more keen to follow the progress of the Fusion V6 s/c project (right now though it's looking like a new hood is part of the package b/c of space issues :huh: )

The one twisted entry was a 2004 Taurus with the DOHC 24 valver in it (apparently those are rare b/c the 24 valver was yanked at the end of the '04 MY :unsure: ) The guy is a mechanic at the dealership and didn't even wash the car before entering :ph34r:

I see Waterdown is this weekend but it's looking like rain on Sunday at this point (Sunday is when they let the late model cars in to the show from what the website says :huh: )

Yup, not a Focus to be seen, hell the entire FWD class was five cars including me (The three SHO's and the Duratec Taurus) :P
