Well i have this old laserjet 6L printer and i can't find drivers for it anywhere and the drivers i did get for it, it wouldn't work. I have windows ME and and if anyone could help me get it to work would be awesome.
It worked before but now it just won't work. It powers up and when i wanna print something off it keeps saying "can't find printer" etc..

I realize this may be impractical but have you tried the printer on another PC or with a different printer cable? (If the 6L still uses that) I'd find it odd that a printer would suddenly stop accepting commands from the PC it was attached to without a reason (Even if you are using teh hellspawn PS that is ME)
Does the printer pass its self tests?

If all else fails you can get a slick new photo/paper printer for really good prices...
I got a nice HP last summer for $130 and it is amazing!
Print at work, everyone else does.
