Saw these on ebay, as a general rule I don't buy cheap crap off of ebay, but I thought these looked kind of cool.

Here is the ebay listing with a description: ebay listing

Anyone bought these or seen them installed?

Remember also, silverstars are not real bulbs either. 10 months and both pop 2 weeks apart. POS crappy trash products.

PIAA's....
I had silverstars for over 2 years and I got rid of the car with the bulbs in it...

now I got PIAA;s in my 05' and they are extremly bright!

too bad the operator doesn't match the brightness of his lights
-I had the Silverstars bright whites I thought they were a good buy.
-PIAA's are good too alittle more money.
-Those H.I.D fakes look ok when the lights are off and you shine light on them they look blue and as if they are on looks cool I supose.
When you first turn them on they have a blue look then once they warm up they go alittle whiter.

Rating H.I.D fakes 5.

Nothing beates the real H.I.D's

So it depends on what price range you are looking to spend for bulbs.
-Fake H.I.D's $10.00
-silverstars $25.00
-PIAA's $60.00+
It didn't matter what sort of bulb I got, all those "brighter" bulbs never lasted long once cold weather set in... I had PIAA's flake on me after 2 months. I just went back to stock bulbs until I got my HELLA projectors and i've used the bulbs that came with them for 3 years now.

*thumbsup* ;) :D :D

PIAA ......

If you want more light do the foglight mod.
Don't know why but whenever I use aftermkt bulb my light socket melt.
PIAA/Hella

Good rule of thumb: anything advertised as "EURO" or with a "Z" in it like "deZign" is going to last as long as darpuppet in the sack with the Swedish Bikini Team.
Can anyone find a wattage number in that ebay auction? I cant. They make a big deal about saying how they're DOT approved, but that doesnt mean they are higher-than-stock wattage and will melt your wiring harnesses/headlight housings.

It's probably safe to say you really get what you pay for when you get the cheap aftermarket bulbs..
