I'd definatley stay away from those sites on a work connection.

Ah yeah, forgot about that. I don't go there from work, but you could at least download the client at work, dump to a key, and then queue a few downloads up at home overnight?

You're an apple guy, do you have quicktime pro?
you could start at apple's trailer site..
pick your favourite, and right (or whatever you do) and you can save it as either source format or QT format.
And they have hidef .h264 codec as well..

some people keep mentioning this program called Bitt Torrent to download movies, not sure if it runs on mac or pc?
