Hey has anyone tried Tempo wheels on their Focus? The bolt pattern is the same (4x108). I believe they are available in 14 and 15 inch sizes. I am looking for a cheap set for winter, and there are a million of them at the local wrecker.

Nope just 15's B)

also i seen people put stock focus 15's (the multi spoke 5 spoke design ones) on tempo and they fit the very best so i see no problem swapping wheels :)

You can also use 1st gen Escort (1984-1990) wheels too, or Contour/Mystique wheels.

Ryan
i don't have them anymore, but i could have sworn the steelies that i used for my winter tires had 'volvo' stamped on them....
Great to confirm this info. I will be checking out the wrecker this weekend. Thanks for the posts!
mustang wheels fit too, the 14" polycast wheels are the same as the tempo ones just a different mold in them. The 15" focus wheels have some issues fitting a tempo on the rear it hit one of the lower arms, but they can be made to fit, just can't remember what was done

not so fast with the mustang wheels. only the 1979 @ 1993 are 4x108

the offset of the 1979 @ 1993 mustang is +10 (the wheel are going to be a bit outside the fender, your wheels offset need to be between +42 and +52)

here a list of cars who have the 4x108 bolt pattern

Ford
focus 2000-2004, offset +52
Focus SVT, offset +46
Contour 1995-1999, offset +48
Escort / EXP 1986-1990, offset +36
Tempo, offset N/D
Mustang 1979-1993, offset +10

Mercury
Mystique 1995-1999, offset +48
Cougar 1999-2002, offset +47
Lynx 1986-1990, offset +36
Topaz, offset N/D
