click on the one on the right--"Salary Cap Hockey challenge"
Creat your user and team name
-screen names from the forum woudl make it easiest

when it ask for a league to join enter--- Focuscanada.net
there is no password

after that all that is left is to set your team up.

It doesn;t say anywhere I've joined focuscanada.net.

did it ask for a division?
it doesnt say that anyone joined, go to change league and do a search for Focuscanada.net

ZX5Focused come on over to the FOCUSCANADA.NET league in capital letters, nef and anthonyd are there

If anyone needs any help with this...I have been running one of these for approximately 7 years. It is a little more in depth that the average one but if you need help in picking a program to use or a guideline just give me a shout.

After I've signed up, what the fack do I do?
