I know this is an odd-ball question but, who can tell me the distance (KM and Time) from Syracuse, NY to Kingston, ON. Considering light traffic, perfect weather, and no hassle at the border!

don't quote me on this , but i think it would be around 8 hours, going on the west side of lake Ontario, but i don't know for sure, 6-8 hours?

It's just over 2 hrs. Cross at hill Island (gananoque). Mapquest says 130 miles.
