ewwwwwwwww
sorry it got off topic :(
yaa back to street racing i don't see naything wrong in orgnaized street racing in the last 3 years ive only seen 1 accident and it was purely drivers error and stupidity
How do you mean organized? Like 'illegal' or 'legal' events?

Anything on the 'illegal' side, extremely stupid.......
illegal street racing in an industrial area and the streets blocked off with other cars and a couple look outs for cops you have to witness it urself to understand

Im not the one to talk here...lol..

But theres a reason why there are Ambulances and fire crew readily avaliable at the track. You dont get that kind of safety with Illegal racing. Organised or not.

but then again you don't have any cars running faster then 11's on the street and like i said b4 in three years ive seen one accident and even though the accident was a pretty hard hit he walked away from it without a problem i dunno maybe its beacuse im still young but theres no better rush for me
from what i have seen ..they are organized.. its nothing like F&F

at least not around here it wasn't..but the people there were more mature and older crowd..

Nate has a good point there. What we need are more tracks. You can't tell me that specifically-placed tracks wouldn't do well given the popularity of modding and quarter-mile racing today.
if there was a track here besides dumb western speedway, I'd go.

that's it, I challenge you all to a street race.... NO WAIT! lets go down to the quarry / levy and play chicken, closest one to the edge wins.

That's old school street racing.

You dont have to run 11's to crash a car/kill someone.

Frig, even with track safety, s**t can happen. Last summer when I was at luskville, the cars ahead of me stopped racing because some dumb ass parents couldnt keep their eye on their kid and the kid ended up getting threw the fence and on the track :o.....It was my 1st time at the track and Im glad it wasnt me cuz I dont think I would have even thought about looking out for that kid......now I do of course.

The point is, YOU never know whats going to happen.
I know Arnie Malcolm, good guy (the owner of Luskville). I get to catch up with him each year for the King Of The Hill runs in North Bay.

I didn't realize Luskville was that easy for a kid to get on the track :o
so what ur saying is a lilttle kid alomost ran on to a secrued track SO ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE wether it be street racing or at the track

That is exactly what Im saying. If a kid can run onto a fenced track, what makes you think a kid wont run out during a street race. The later probably has much more probability of happening.

I 'street race', not in any organised underground BS, but if some dood in his mustang GT is on the highway and its 2am and he wants to play....I'll play. So dont take it like Im giving street racers s**t here, cuz I'm really not. I'm just saying anything can happen, and if you can avoid it, then why not?

I see these organised street events as a serious accident waiting to happen
^^^^ bring it bItch I 'll take you down
