The earliest I can recal gas prices was around 1980, and I think it read 24.9/L

I also remember filling up my mustang in Port Huron in 1992 for 10 bucks... if memory serves the price was around 60-70/gallon??

sheesh, I wish I could just run really fast

yeah I remember my dad filling up the 76 oldsmobile cutlass supreme for $10-$15 each time.... that was like early to mid 80's.... the cheapest I've filled up on was 41 cents :(
Cheapest I remember is 43/L and I thought that was alot !!!

LOL..
I remember when I use to get gas for 68 and freaking out when it went to as high as 75 and now... I'm just lucky to get it under 1.00
I look at it this way... 2 months ago it was in the mid 70's... I found a receipt for 2000 where it was 76.5 (and you all know I'm a cheap fuk, so I only buy when the price is low)... up until June, we had nothing to complain about.. now it's just ridiculous...

On a side note, I was on the subway the other night and there was a sign "800 new buses by 2007. The gas tax at work"... these fukers on the TTC don't pay a goddamned gas tax... it's all of us... why don't they use that money to fix the roads so I don't keep bottoming out when I go for freakin groceries
I remember when I almost s**t my pants this morning when the cost of 94 was 118.3/L :o

Lordy, I've heard of "Pay to Play" but $1.183/L is nuts <_<

Things are so bad now that even the small independent gas station outside my office here is still over a buck $1.019/L as I drove in this morning (and I wouldn't touch his gas with a ten foot pole  )

You cant complain when you got a lowered car and rubber bands for tyres,,,,

It's part of the tuner lifestyle yo!!!

My dad was driving yesterday in the focus and he owned a pothole....but then we got owned by like 3.....I think I actually heard the car crying...
Wow! Your dad just doesn't care to get away from potholes, eh Paul

He drives like a typical old-man...doesnt understand that its not a big car and doesnt understand its low to the ground...but hes done alot for me other the last few years and I really cant bitch!!......much
I remember when it would cost me only $15 to fill my 1982 Toyota SR5 3dr hatchback in 1997 at 49.9 with super. Or better yet it costing 32.9 for regular at the rez for regular when it was in the high 40's.
I remember when I first got my license when I was 16, it was about 48 cents a litre. It was only 8 years ago, wow I can only imagine what it will be like in the next ten years.
I remember when it was 60 cents a gallon. Man I'm old.
lol daayumm, that's roughly 15 cents/L assuming an imperial gallon (4L right?)
4.54 to be exact
i would kill for 15 cents a litre, **looks around the room**
I remember when they first introduced metric pricing for gas it was around 15-16 cents per litre.
Why can't the gas be back down!!! :( :(
