Dustin McGowan, the Jays most highly touted prospect is making his second MLB start tonight vs. the White Sox. In his first start McGowan when 5 innings giving up 2 hits and 1 run and got a no desision in the game last saturday. Threw 91 pitches in his first appearance over the AA level this year. Appparently he is not quite up to strength yet, but was throwing 97MPH fastballs!
He was going to be called up last year but just before he got called up he threw out his arm and needed Tommy John surgery in May 2004. <_< .
Im excited cause i thing this guys going to be an awsome pitcher, maybe not this year but next year anyways B)
