Fawk you guys are kids.
Fawk I'm old. :(

I went to high school during the DISCO era. The high school was divided amongst the DISCO group - Stoners (old Rock and Roll) - and the new wave of Punk rockers.
don't forget about some of the sweet light rap... Bel Biv Devoe, Kid & Play, Fat Boys, ooooooh how about JJ Fad... supersonic! Of course all the hard stuff was sweet too, too short, easy e, pe, nwa, luke skywalker etc...

I listened to EVERYTHING in highschool, my collection was retarded.

The best was recording Open House Party with John Garribedian (sp?) every week lol that radio show rocked :)

btw, I graduated in '92

My dad had one in his Van that we used to drive to Muska in every weekend.

My favorite album was Jacksone Browne... Running on Empty. Still one of my top ten albums.

Most of the wops were in the disco group which I hung out with, although I liked the old rock and roll (had a Q107 sticker behind the tint in my car) and I dated a punk chick.

My brother had an 8-track in his car. Man those 8-track cartridges took up a lot of space.
