Mitch just switched the servers last night so he dont run into any more server down problems like last time.
He is using the same servers that this site is running on and there wont be a forums section on zx3tuning. That forum is automatically installed when you sign up through hosting with Invision and it well not be put to use.
Tonight the site well be re uploaded to the new servers.
