It's very common to see guys put a BORLA SVT on a typical ZX3. Only problem might be at the flex. I know you have to slot the holes on the stock flex if you put on a BORLA SVT (flange) but not sure how it would work the other way around. I can't see why it wouldn't work. Not 100% sure.

It will work. That what I have on my car, but the flange at the flex pipe is different, just do what S2 said. It will be loud. Since you heard mine I put a resonator on. The magnaflow for the SVT come with one.
