End of March at the earliest, probably easter weekend......who knows I guess it all depends on the weather. Keep the rain coming and the snow melting.

:(

Speaking of tires... Biz do you have winters on the focus ?

yes...

2 205/50/17 Blizzacks up front

and

2 205/50/17 Hancook W400 on the back

I couldnt get 2 more blizzacks...and in the 3 storms we had this year this tires pulled the car through with no problems...Blizzacks are the best snow tire I've ever used.

ah, you put them on the stock rims. I was hoping now that you had 51 posts you'd have some wheels or tires to sell me :D

4 - 185/70/14 Cooper Weather-Master S/T 2.

I love these tires.. they are awesome. This is the narrowest I can go, or else I've gone narrower.
You people with your small tires! I can't go smaller than 16" on my car because of brake clearance (before anyone asks - the base model Mazda3s with 15' wheels have smaller brakes). Needless to say - big winter tires are very expensive.

I'm sitting on 205/50/17 Toyo Snowprox S950 (stock tire size) on the stock rims. It got me through about a foot of snow without getting stuck. Was plowing like crazy though (lowered 2").

Same problem with brake clearance on the svtf. I'm using the stock 17" rims with stock size 215/45/17 Hankook ice bears...excellent winter rubber ;) .

Hankook Winter Ice Bear W604 Q rated sized 215/45R17 $644 installed and taxes in at Mountain Tire on the Hamilton Mountain (upper james). The place looks like a s**t hole but they are quite good. You'll have to order them of coarse since they're an 'odd' size for winters. I've been quite impressed with their performance in the snow/slush and not too bad in the dry as well.

I'm dreading that day.. My conti's are just about cooked and I will be needing a new set this year.. I don't know if I'm keeping the car, so I don't want to splurge on a pricey set if I get rid of the car next winter.. Dilemmas.. Dilemmas..
