Was there a Focus recall for 2003 model about heated seats?
I checked with ALLDATA got nada! (on the hot seats)

Yep, it's on OASIS. Wife got the letter for her '04 ZTW 2 weeks ago and the dealer called day after the letter. One seat heater was fixed on Tuesday and we mentioned a noise from the rear brakes so they gave her new brake shoes free because the old original ones were defective. The seat heater problem does not affect SVT models.
