Jack up the car, take off the passengers side front wheel, take off the pulley cover with sockets, and an impact wrench makes easy work of the nut on the stock pulley.

I forgot to mention the belt install also. You gotta loosen the tensioner, then feed in your new belt. (depending on pulley brand)
Still seems pretty striaght forward.
Really quick, especially if ya have power tools.
Be advised that if you have an newer focus it may be different, especially on the 2.3s
