how does 350 us sound for hids? i will have to pick up in detroit, but i will be in windsor for business anyways. (they come with bulbs, ballasts, wiring harness)

Sounds like a good deal to me. With the Canadian dollar being bomb right now, thats only $440 CDN.

I would think it is a conversion "kit" not MACHS. Don't coversion kits become illegal in US as of 2005? May explain lots.
