Which is better the cup-kit or the coilovers? I can't seem to decide.
The Coilovers are adjustable and cost more but if you don't need the adjustability factor then get the cup kit.
Which has a better ride?
coils are always a rougher ride i find. the cup kit is amazing..
The ride with the coils would totally depend on what they're set at, wouldnt it? Like if you have them cranked all the way down so it's at the lowest setting, the ride should be pretty rough.. but at the highest setting it should be a lot less harsh (and by lowest/highest I mean ride height).

I've never driven a car with either of the H&R setups, but from a company like H&R it's going to be a high quality product either way you go. It just depends on how much you want to spend, and if adjustability is something you want.
ride conditions are dependant on spring rates and dampening.
the H&R cup kit rides very nice but it's a big drop
the Coilovers ride a little firmer but i would not call it harsh by any means.
you are not banging off the bump stops or getting crazy noises from the suspension, it's more of a performance style ride.

but the cup kit is almost 1/2 the price of the coilovers...
