SE Focus I believe. I've seen these lights on the net but the manufacturer escapes me. Sort of like MACH lights in that they have projector lenses chrome housing and clear cover. They were not any of the Ford Euro variants. They chrome part sort of had "gills".

That be them but chrome under a clear cover.
Hot Accessories is the manufacturer. They go for about $250US last I checked
meh....... I don't care for them...... look a little too different for me.
