no. this is bluetooth/navi ready means it needs seperate module to make it work.

Would the mic and all required harnesses required for an iPhone hook up be included? If not how much?

this is not bluetooth ready, doesnt support bluetooth.
and for ipod, all you need is din connector to ipod connector.

i m not sure how much it will be.
