I think he means that your information about VW connectors etc sounds like it is intended to address putting euro headlights on NA cars - and to be honest, I've never heard of VW bulb holders and connectors being used on Euro tails. Awesome if true - do you have a link or anything?

here are the two how-to's for the euro tail install. Still working on those VW connectors, but i remember reading about them when i did taylors euro rear stuff. This link to eautoworks does show a 2002ish bettle shares the same bulb on turn signals and brake lights but obviously that doesnt mean they are the same. It may be on FF that the VW thing is which i havent looked at yet.

Looks very close, but it's not the same ... here's one I took out of my Euro tail assembly - my euro connectors fit this one.

That's not to say the VW wouldn't work if you had the VW connector - hard to tell without seeing the pattern on the bulb side - but a euro Ford connector won't fit that bulb holder.

Actually yea i still have them! Want them? I sold my focus last year and have no use for them

i`d be interested and i am in ottawa , but i am pretty cash strapped ,and have a list of people i owe to for parts they are holding for me. If they don`t sell by the time i can afford them.( about 1.5 weeks ) i will probably take em of your hands.

FYI: you can use a small square shaped file and hone out the Euro tails to fit the North American sockets.
