The article states they built 50 2012 supercharged 5.4-liter aluminum V8 with 430 horsepower Cobra Jets and sold them for $91,900 each. They ask, is this the next? Looks about as crazy as those old lightweight Hemi Darts Mopar pushed out the back door back in the day.
Looks retarded. Like Ford would ever put something as stupid as that in their showroom.
They did make the Taurus...
Looks like it got punched in the nose...
^^touché haha
Thats someones drag car...

The looks of the pipes underneeth and the huggggggeeeeeeeeeeeee hood intake would suggest something bigger then a 5.4. Or the 5.4 has an old school setup sitting on top of the block.

Either way not street legal with the slicks on the back and the super thin drag wheels on the front.

Looks like something for Hot Wheels to make some money off of.
LOL.

As for slicks, there was a car up in Thunder Bay that was all custom-made except for 40% of the frame. Legally titled as a Vette, the car had two small groves in the tires, which made them street legal.
Ya don't count on those groves in the tires to let an MTO Officer let you go if you get pulled over. They mainly make the groves in them for different track conditions.
I think he was running something like Hoosier's Quicktime Pro's, which might also be on the above Mustang.

how is this?

a DOT tire is approved on the street and yes you can run skinnys up front

they tires are street legal and the lines are not for track conditions they are so they are street legal....

And you would run them?

They make a lot of things DOT approved. Hell they make tires and classify them all season. I really don't care about this matter. The car is redic and clearly not a new gen mustang being produced. Just some redneck had borrowed his kids bike ramp and bolted it to the hood lol

just wowww...
I'd be afraid of walking in front of it for fear of being sucked though the intake.
Maybe the big scoop is overcompensating for something else?

Um, could you just spend 60K on a GT500 and get 550 HP?

Or you could spend 30k ... get a 3.7 V6 Mustang, supercharge it for 7500 ... and get 475 hp
