I am looking for metal (or plastic) center caps for alloy wheels.

These caps must fit the 2010 Ford Focus 17 inch alloy wheels. Prefer plain chrome metal or polished aluminum or black plastic, but if they have Ford or SVT logo, that is okay too. Dealer price is over $70 new each. Kind of hard to justify that price when wheels were purchased used for less than $50. I will consider paying no more than a dollar or two (which goes to say it will not pay you to go out and pry them off parked cars, i.e. Midnight Auto Supply members.)

These are about 6.8 cm in diameter (or a little more than 2⅝ inches across). The inner ring which grips the wheel is about 2 inches across. Again, these must fit Ford Focus alloy wheels.
I paid $12.50 each for my 2010 SES plastic center caps from Ford.
If you have the factory 16" rims the chrome center caps from them fit, I had them on my rims till I bought the right ones.

You must mean dealer price is $70 for the set ... I can get SVT centre caps for less than 20 bucks each, new and from Ford dealer ... and the chrome ones are less than 15.

Still not cheap ... but not 70 bucks each.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes, that price was $70 for a set of four. It was on EBay that the price was even higher at $70 plus shipping for one. I do have the SVT center caps on the original five-spoke 17 inch rims (center image). I purchased a set of fifteen spoke 17 inch wheels from a 2010 Focus (left image). However, they did not come with center caps. The reason I want plain center caps is I want to customize them for the wagon by painting them grey to match the car and then applying black vinyl cut decals (right image).
