My coolant tank for my PW kit sprung a leak this week, so I've been looking around. In m travels I found this, pretty awsome for Liquid/Air intercoolers.

When my intercooler split and started leaking (I suspect you have the first gen tank) I sent an e-mail to Mark Blaha at Mahle Powertrain and he sent me out a new design free of charge.
So if you can provide vendor info or anything of the sort he MAY be able to help you out (as you know they quit making them).

Nobody has ANY stock for PW stuff anymore. The odds of finding a new one are pretty rare, esp since basically everybodies tank's have cracked at some point. I think even the new designs have cracked.

I'm in talks with someone who has this aluminum one now, so I won't need to worry about cheap #$#$# plastic... May heat up a slight more due to being directly joint to the coolant tank but not much if any...

That tanks available from topspeed fabrication... It's a coolant overflow tank and your intercooler tank in one... Def worth picking up if you need it.. I wouldn't be concerned at all with possible heat transfer
There is a bnib Topspeed overflow/powerworks cooler for sale.

This guy doesn't actually have the tank, its still being fabbed at topspeed. I bought the prototype one from another guy for less than they sell it for shipped to my door with all the fittings I need to just drop it in. Litterally the one in that photo above.

I found a major design flaw with this tank, it doesn't have a front bracket to support it so it simply rests on the motormount. Rather sloppy design, I thought there would be something to support the front.

Stupid me got it Powdercoated so now I need to gind off in one spot and weld on a new bracket that should have been there to begin with. On top of that the fittings they provide are not the right ones to hook this tank up. New fittings, weld on a new bracket, i'll probably just pickup some black textured paint and paint the new bracket and weld to try and match. I don't have time for more powdercoating.

Not really impressed, I am litterally doing their R&D for them right now.
