Unfortunately they won't ... too wide, too tall and wrong bolt pattern (new Focus is 5x108) ... by the size I'd say these are off a minivan or small SUV.

Their off a ford escape

Was looking for winters for the wife's Grand Caravan.
5 X 114.3, 12 X 1.5 studs, 71.5 hub center bore for the Caravan.
5 X 114.3, 12 X 1.5 studs, 67.1 hub center bore for the Escape.
Why can't there be standards? Ugh.

they are aftermarket rims, i'll measure the hub bore on the rims...might get lucky here..
