Holy sh!t im guessing the throttle got stuck, insane i've never seen that before.

i cant believe the tires still spin even though the engine is on fire!

The driver must have lost consciousness - they must have some sort of kill switch in there for the driver for just such a situation.

There is a kill switch the emergency responder fliped the switch at the rear of the car
