hey guys i got a TB from cfm i just recently put it on and its a totally different ride im even struggling just pushing the gas pedal its too stifff for me lol its going to take a bit to get used to it

I just got the same one as well, definately a heavier spring. I read on FF that you can send it back and they'll install a lighter spring. I don't mind it that much, just about got it figured out. The only reason I replaced it was the stock one was intermitantly sticky. Alot of the time it was in heavy traffic. Nicely machined piece though.
really??cfm unit must be different.
i always thought cfm is re-badged focus central unit.
my focus central was way tooo soft to drive in city..
Too stiff = better mileage.
