Interested in the coil pack but I'm a noob when it comes to them .... Can I use my existing wires with it?

Probably - the screamin' demon coil packs IIRC use the very early "clip on" style of spark plug lead which your car probably has.

If you had a later car (like my '03) or if by some chance your coil pack has been replaced with a later version, then the answer would be no - later Foci just had the push on lead.
Even my older 00/01 focus had the push in style connectors. For plug wires you can simply use the ones designed for a 90's Escort w/ ZETEC. or get the SD wires online.
my 2000 is just a push in wire youll need new wires
If ur gonna upgrade the coil pack might as well get new SD wires
Ya I got new NGK's a while back , but I think there push in also.
get 98 escort wires. They have the clip style. also, you'll need the spacers to mount it properly to the focus coil bracket (same as the massive coil pack upgrade). otherwise to mount/ground it out properly you'll need to swap to the escort coil mounting bracket.
factory wires are not compatible with the coil. i have a set of wires that work with the coil but 3 are livewires and one is a factory ford wire. other than looks functions fine whoever buys the coil is welcome to them.

Livewires thats it. I remember they use to be sold as a combo pack from Steeda
the coil doesnt work.... , i swapped out my dads MSD while it sits for the winter and it works like a dream....... and there pretty much the same coil. i thought it could be due to the spark plug gap.... but why does the MSD work and the one he sold me not .... hmmmm somethings fishy here.

what's your gap?
I'm pretty sure my dad said there at 50
Or something but he told me that it doesn't matter the coil should still work.but I do remember reading that it can be changed up to .065 ... When I put the screamin demon on the car runs good for a second or two then when I really press the throttle it makes that awful vibrating sound ... Like its miss firing .... So I have been told that the coil is "clipped".
I didn't know the coil had an issues with it, I apologize. I will gladly return your $ and you can keep it since I have sold the car it came from. MSG sent
