I'm gonna download it tonight and check it out.
I've heard so much about it since I have my PS3.
Time to try it out myself.

I applied for a beta code, but I haven't received an e-mail yet.
I did not realy apply for it.
I simply downloaded the Home Theme some time ago.
I heard that over 100,000 invites had been sent to European PSN users and that there would be some for North America also.
I played some pool (billiards) last night in Home. Kinda neat.
There is a bowling alley (4 or 5 lanes), a few arcade games which you can play ice breaker, echochrome. There is a mall but no shops have been activated yet. Kinda boring in there.
I got my beta code yesterday, will install either tonight or Friday (Tonight depends on whether the Leafs sink or swim against the Sens)

Open Home Beta will be available Dec. 11th.!!!
So, don't get tooooo excited because there is not much to do in Home Beta.
It's not a game, but more like a 3D chat room / meeting place.
So, the message of the day says that the servers will be down from 5am to 7am Est. time and I guess the open beta will be "opened" after that.
likely have to wait for the updates to hit PSN later today. I'll check it after volleyball tonight.
I guess this applies..
*1 PlayStation Home will not be available in some regions.
