Picked up 4 15" 195/60/15 winter tires (Arctic Claw TXI) for $69 a tire.
Also with 15" steelies for the focus, total came to $500 + tx.

The guys there were pleasant and very friendly! Got exactly what they promised.
Offered me to come back and have them installed when i'm ready (i'll probably just put them on myself).

It's my first set of winter tires so i'm sure they'll be a lot bettre than my all seasons. From most reviews I can find on the net, Arctic Claws performed very well - comparable to Nordic tires.

If you're interested in gettin them too for ur car call Derek at Tires N Rims in Vaughan 905-850-9200.

Wow, nice.
I'm just prepping to get some winters, thanks for the heads up!
Thats some crary looking tread
i hope that's gonna be a good thing :)
LOL very good thing great in the deep snow and great on the ice too. 407 140+ at mindnight coming from 404 to dixie(brampton) never sliped a bit in the bad storms we had.
How are these holding up? I may need new boots when the snow hits hard and these look good.
Fantastic, 3 seasons running strong and I don't take it easy on my tires either lol. Petal to the metal. :D :D

Side note they have gone up in price from last year and a very good tire that just came out on the maket cheap is the Barum, made from Continental Tire, and will double in price next year. Very few sizes to choose from but a great tire in ice and snow. Though it is softer and will wear quicker too.
thanks for the update.
