Ok i know it's short notice, but i've been talking with Hardk0re about having a BBQ cottage weekend event in Port Perry Ontario

There is about 3 acres of cottage lake front i have access to that is rented by my family and could be a possible location for this years BBQ

It also could be turned into a weekend event, so if anyone wants to bring a tent you are more than welcome to stay the night. So i'm thinking a Sat & Sun, either later this month or sometime in September

So please post up if this would interest you and we can get it organized asap




Downside is that it is on a shared access driveway that is 2 gravel strips that runs through the properties which is only 1 car wide and might not be "lowered car friendly" and we would have to order "porta-potties" since it's on a very small well

So long as it isn't on the Aug 31 weekend, I might be able to make it.

I'm thinking either Aug 23 or Sept 6 my self

but would like to hear what everyone wants or if there is enough interest

I would be a definite Maybe. Depending if I have the little one and how the wife is feeling with the pregnancy.

I can't make either of those weekends :(

I'm leaving the date upto you guys but i need to know ASAP so i can book my holidays if it is going to be this month. if it's not this month chances are i'll be laid off and will be hangin' at the cottage anyway (yea GM!)

No cuz this is a feeler thread in order to gauge interest.....

if there isn't much interest or if it's just going to be a small group that's fine too! easier to organize :D

So for us that are GPS equiped and useless with a map book hows about an address to the place EX. city, street, house number. Also would eveyone meet up somewhere and then drive up there or just show up when you make it there.
