I plan on ordering a Momo carbon fiber E-brake handle for my 2005 Focus ST but am wondering how I remove my old E-brake handle.

I'm not too sure. I haven't ordered it yet, If it does, bonus.
Pull like a MOFO... Use a Flate screw driver, Push it in and Spray some WD-40 in thier, Then start working it.
It will come off.
yeah or got to the wreckers and get a new onw and cut the rubber off and intall the momo one on that one and install in the car.
