im adding the channels to the custom buttons on my Atlas 1055 DVR/PVR remote too.
I was messing around with it yesturday didn't see any options for guide. I pressed guide then settings and I was guessing it should of been there but nope nothing.
Wait until tomorrow for the Re-order function to appear. If you don't have it, let me know and I'll try and do a Re-Send to Switch again.
If you go into self-service from the quick start menu, the option is in there.
and I lost my audio for about 10 minutes after making the switch -- nothing from the cable, nothing from PVR'd shows. The sound just went bye-bye until the box decided to start sending sound again.
I just noticed the other day that they re-started using the quick start menu when you press Guide to exit. It seems they moved it from the begining to the end.
