Long time no updates but here's where I am.
Gutted the interior and put down some sound deadener/heat shield, plus I am fitting a Jetta bumper since it didn't have one when I bought it.

thats alot of sound deadener I hope your not planning to make this a race car that stuff is heavy but hey a Jetta front bumper who would have thought doesn't look to far off, should look good when its done i would even put a VR6 lip on it.

No Cossie bumper? :D

A 4'x10' roll weighed 1lb 13 oz as per the USPS waybill. Feather light and cheap!
And as far as the Cossie bumper I way all ready to order the RS500 body kit from North American Cosworth in BC but I heard rumblings about them going under; sure enough there website is down and I hear there are chains on the door.
And the reason I went to a Jetta bumper...
