trying to figure out more about the api and what it can do.

more specifically.. can i create 'customer objects' and associate custom fields to them like say.. sales $, customer segment etc and then make business rules around how to handles those customers?

are you looking for end-to-end CRM? or more just sales fullfillment and tracking?

just curious.. i'm not actually going to be configuring / purchasing anything. heard about salesforce.com being deployed at a client and got curious about what its advanced features are

hehehehehe...my competitor...kind of.

We develop and test with Siebel CRM from Oracle. All our clients want to go to Salesforce. :lol:
