Caught sight of a tinted & lowered black first gen ZX5 with a non stock front bumper yesterday turning on to Duke of York Blvd. from Burnhamthorpe Rd. @ approx ten after six in the evening on Sunday (and when I say lowered, the car was on stock rims and there was near zero visible gap between the tire and the fender)

Anybody know this car?
