Many of ya's may have heard of NBC's fight between Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien. Well, it looks like NBC have settled with Conan, and Conan will be leaving the network.

Thing is that the Tonight Show was never the same after Carson left, becoming just like the other late night shows on at the time and to this day.
Loud, frantic "eyeball grabbing" stuff instead of the more "gentle &/or cereberal" stuff Carson was doing (IE: Karnac The Magnificent, Aunt Blabby, etc.)
The saddest part? Now a days Carson's stuff wouldn't even work anymore IMO in trying to grab an audience, everybody wants "FLASH! BANG! POW!" <_<
