Since the gas price is crazy now, I think a better way to save money is to increase fuel efficiency. I got this link from my friend and want to share with you guys.

As I know, the fuel tank of Focus is made of plastic. Would it be OK with the acetone?

Any comments are welcomed.

My tanks made of plastic to, I assumed they all were.

And Your right acetone does nothing to save you gas.
Get your self a tune up. Run a bottle of cleaner through it.
Nothing more can be done lol
Don't go as fast, that'll get you better fuel efficiency. I tried, but the stress of trying to stay awake was too much. Heck, now i don;t even use the cruise control.......
Acetone will help with the economy a bit. but its not worth it. every bottle of gasline anti-freeze has some acetone in it. after using it, it will probbaly make the car run better than it did, but just a tank or two. The problem is acetone burns hotter, and anyone who has used too much, or used methyl-hydrate, knows all too wel about burning holes in the engine and destroying injectors. In general, stay away from it.
