I've just been watching what I've been eating, and a brisk walk during my lunch break since the snow has melted off the path.
Still sitting at 6'3"-ish and 185lbs, which I've been at for like 3 years now, barely gaining/losing.
I general just feel "better", probably because I've changed my eating habits, and the bit of cardio from walking.
Its almost disc golf time too, so that will defiantely help. I play that 4-5 times a week, and thats close to about a mile per round.
Still have to work on the little buddha belly I've been growing, though.
