So I'm on support between 3am and 9am for tonight's deployment.

And I get the first support call at .. 11:30pm... only 3.5 hours early.

on the plus side, I did have yesterday off.. 1st day off in 2007...

I feel your pain DP, this weekend was my first weekend off of the year.
yeah, there's something to be said about work life balance...

I think I'll post in here everytime I get woken up tonight...

if they let me go back to sleep that is...
and they let me sleep till 7:30!

not bad!

(of course things look really broken, but that's another story for another day)...

nah... this stuff is par for the course.. It's gone a lot smoother than I expected it to... all considering, I'm in a pretty good mood

Going through that legal wise right now as the Tenant Protection Act in Ontario has been replaced with the Residential Tenancies Act effective Jan 31.

Between learning the new law, regulations, how the two intersect and the transitional rules, its enough to make me wanna tear my hair out! :blink:

My deployment is this week-end. Yippee!!! :rolleyes: :lol:

At least when its deployed I can hand it off to the help desk after. :lol: :P
well... it's been a battle (going on 17 hours now), but I gots solutions to all of life's problems.. e-mails are out, and someone else is gonna look good at the 5am phone call..
