Docks parking lot facing downtown Toronto, on a sunday morninig. As long as the jack ass parking attendant is not there to charge you :)

Kensington Market
Park lawn
front street between lower jarvas & welesley very nice phot spot.
mall parking lots, ie. Yorkdale, Erin Mills town centre, Square One, Bramalea City Centre, best time to go there is just when the sun is up and before the mall opens.
Cherry Beach, Toronto Island (if you can get the permit to take your car over for a while) University Ave. infront of City Hall on a weekend.
Scarborough Bluffs at the end of Brimley, South of Kingston Rd, Lots of Spots in front of lake ontario.
