Wicked...
I gotta try to win some on the edge.
Went to TOOL here in Vancouver, best concert I've seen yet. We had sweet tickets but I recall floor seats being like $140 from scalpers. Not bad if you ask me.
I went to both shows when they were here a few years back. I went to Sky Dome (now known as Rogers Center) and Hamilton Copps Colliseum.
Both shows were absolutely mind blowing.
Maynard is the man!
...and Danny is the best drummer in the world!

Of course this is only my personal opinion.

:P
^^^ I agree 100% with you on both those points.

I honestly think TOOL is about the best band that is out right now, their style of music is so vast, it is amazing actually what range of people listen to them, from age difference to walk of life difference. At the concert here in Van, we saw people from mid teens to 60+ in attendance, people in suits to black satin and leather to robes. It was pretty cool to see the diversity.

I was just talking with some friends last night about music. I made an observation about TOOL that they've done for metal what Pink Floyd and Zeppelin did back in the late 60's -70's for acid rock.
Hey Micro,

How was the show???

Obviously I didn't make it out. <_<
