What years are being checked this year for emissions? By this year I mean 2006.

you should walk right through it. I got aan 01 with just over 165k and I just killed it. Had 0% on hydrocarb. @ idle and co2 was like 3% @ speed and 0% idle.

If you don't pass I would seriously look into that.
