Well, its official, Canada has no balls anymore and this just sets a precedent for the US once again to disregard international law.
Canada won in NAFTA courts, Canada eventually won with the WTO rulings, hell, even some of the US courts sided with Canada.
I swear, I want to sooo call this treason on David Emerson's part (who which knows first hand about treasonous behaviour).
Harper f***ed up really bad with this deal and it will probably cost him another term as PM, or at least he'll get another stupid minority.
This whole BS would have never stood up if it involved the mining industry. :rolleyes:
