I'm 99% sure that flip key will work on a Fusion (I saw the one he had with him @ the Massiv meet and we compared it to "Mr. Stabbity") looks identical on the blade.

Yeah, I know - I had the same conversation with him ... the blade is longer but the important part looks the same ... that's why I was surprised Fusion wasn't on the list.
Ièm interested Gord, just let me figure out some cash right now.
2008 huh.. It must fit 2009 since they are pretty much the same, but I would want to know for sure. Maybe there's something different with the programming for 2009.
they will fit any car just swap the chip out of the key. there is a thread on fj about this

Yes i am pretty sure they will fit the Fusion, Edge, Escape... etc. etc

Any model that shares the same style key :D

And 1'm sure it extends to later model years as well since mine fit a 2010 mustang

VERY IMPORTANT: you must have your 2 original keys in order for it to be programed for your ignition!!!!
Damn, nothing for us 1st Gen drivers. <_<
I love the flip blade keys, Super stylish and fun to play with lol
PICS ADDED

top on is my Factory issued key (so if your key looks like this i'm sure these will work in your car)

middle is my New Flip key cut and programmed

Bottom is a Brand New Blank

see my other post. remove the chip in one of your original keys and put it in the flip key. no programing needed
So will it work in my Zephyr?

I have 2 original keys, but I need a third key. I don't want to disarm a key, I need a back up key.

I believe it will, should be the same key as the Mustang and Fusion
Okay, I'll buy one then. But if it doesn't work??????

And how would you like to complete this guaranteed transaction?
Done and done. Key works great and now everybody wants one. You have mail Gord.

Hope you have some left.
I know your listing says '06 and up Focus, but I was at Dixie Ford while getting my key cut (They had a bit of an issue the first time they cut it but we managed to get it working fine) and the gent at the parts counter nearly ran off with my key after he discovered the blank fit his Focus SVT.

Any idea if there is a similar key for the first gen Focus? (I see earlier posts in this thread that say this key can be made to work by swapping the PATS chip, but I seriously doubt he wants to try that)

I'll be bringing the flip key to the next SVTOA meeting in November, how many more blank keys do you have lying around, in case there is interest (I could see the high end Mustang owners in the crowd practically jumping me for the info about this key )
