Hey my horn stoped working about 3 weeks ago and I did all the usuall stuff. Checked the fuse and what not.
So im getting my oil change done and they notice it does not work. Somthing about it being common because water gets up in the horn unit or somthing to that degree.
SO rather then pay ford 170$!?!?!?!?!? to fix and replace it.
Id love to get a louder one but I gots no idea how to change a horn....
horn broke, watch for finger!

Cdn Tire has a variety of horns including some air horns.
Go to Fiamm's website...they made your stock horn. I changed my original one with a high tone one, but I'm eventually going to change to a EURO setup...like one from a wrecked Saab (love the sound of theirs) or an airhorn kit...

it's a 35$ fix and that's the all you'll be spending in parts, it's bolted more or less behind the driver's side foglight, it's two screws to get it off and it's a matter of unplugging it and then putting in the new one.

I've replaced mine twice.
Nice. Might buy the horn and bring it to the BBQ. See if some one would give me a hand lol.
Bring your own tools...I don't lend mine out.
lol I agree own tools are required.
LOL I have seen a few horns filled with water... they face the opening forward so its almost like a scoop... to trap anything flying towards it
Terrible.

So any one got any sites I can order a better horn off of.
Performance Improvements carries PIAA horns, they're more than sufficient replacements imo.
